It is really important to make ‘space’, not only space in the body but in the mind and our homes too. By making space in our lives and ridding our environments of all the shit that makes us negative and unhappy, we create a beautiful space to invite new and exciting ‘things’ into our lives. We literally signal to the universe that we are ready and waiting for our dreams to manifest by simply clearing our lives of emotional & physical clutter. LET GO
4. MAKE SPACE
Letting go of our ‘stuff’ is sometimes the hardest thing to do, but the space you gain from doing it is so enriching and enlightening, that it’ll all just end up being a distant memory in the past.
And if you don’t believe in any of that then that’s cool….you will still feel a whole lot better by decluttering your life of all the unwanted things & experiences you’ve held onto over the years.
*Begin to clear out the odd cupboard or drawer now and then…just keep it small and simple.
*Start to notice how you feel when you are in someone’s company, whether you feel energised or drained from time with them – this isn’t to say they are doing anything wrong or bad, it’s just that the vibration isn’t matching yours right now.
*Simplify your diary and don’t overload it with meetings and social events.
